Affordable homes were the vision of developer Tony Ferreira, in this quiet peaceful area of West Ferris, in the beautiful city of North Bay, when this subdivision was developed 20 years ago. If they chose to be away from the view from the street, the rear raised deck was an option where they could sit and have a quiet outdoor dinner, overlooking the fenced yard and undeveloped land beyond the fence.
